    摘要:

    随着深井、超深井的开发,封隔器坐封后将长时间承受高温高压、腐蚀等极为复杂的工况。设计一种封隔器胶筒密封结构,该密封结构根据功能特性选取不同的材料,使封隔器能够满足井下高温高压等较为复杂的工况要求。根据实际的井下极端工况条件,对设计的封隔器进行坐封、密封测试,利用商用软件ABAQUS对胶筒在给定工况下的力学行为进行分析。结果表明:设计的封隔器能够在0.2 MN坐封力、204 ℃温度和70 MPa密封压力下稳定工作;在给定的70 MPa压差下,封隔器胶筒橡胶应力水平未达到材料的屈服点,能够保证封隔器的耐久性和可靠性;橡胶胶筒能够产生大于70 MPa压差的接触应力,保证封隔器能承受70 MPa压差。

    Abstract:

    With the development of deep and ultra deep wells,the packer will withstand extremely complex working conditions such as high temperature,high pressure,and corrosion for a long time after being set.A sealing structure of the packer rubber cylinder was designed.The sealing structure selected different materials according to the functional characteristics to make the packer suitable for use in complex working conditions such as underground high temperature and high pressure.Based on the actual extreme working conditions underground,the setting and sealing tests were carried out for the designed packer,and the mechanical behavior of the rubber cylinder under given working conditions was analyzed using commercial software ABAQUS.The results show that the designed packer can work stably under 0.2 MN setting force,70 MPa sealing pressure and 204 ℃ temperature.The rubber stress level of the packer rubber sleeve remains well below the yield point of the material,ensuring the durability and reliability of the packer throughout its operation.The rubber cylinder can generate contact stress greater than 70 MPa pressure difference,ensuring that the packer can withstand 70 MPa pressure difference.
