    摘要:

    为提升干气密封中双向旋转式密封的密封性能,选取干气密封T型槽为研究对象,在T型槽中设计4种有序微纹理。基于气体润滑理论,采用有限差分法求解雷诺方程,以转速、压力、气膜厚度、微纹理深度为自变量,研究各参数对T型槽密封性能的影响规律。结果表明:微纹理造型设计可有效提升密封性能;转速和压力提高、气膜厚度降低均可提高开启力,压力提高、气膜厚度变大、转速降低可引起泄漏量增加;4种微纹理T型槽的密封性能随工况参数变化规律基本一致;径向微纹理排列相比于周向排列的密封效果更好,复合型微纹理排列效果比单一排列密封效果更好,其中纵-横微纹理的T型槽的密封性能最好。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the sealing performance of bi-directional rotary seal in dry gas seal, the T-groove of dry gas seal was selected as the research object to set up ordered micro texture design. Based on the gas lubrication theory, the Reynolds equation was solved by the finite difference method.The sealing performance parameters were calculated with the speed, pressure, gas film thickness and micro texture depth as independent variables.The results show that the micro texture design can effectively improve the sealing performance.The opening force is increased with the increase of rotating speed and pressure and the decrease of film thickness,and the leakage is increased with the increase of pressure and gas film thickness and the decrease of rotating speed.The change law of sealing parameters of the four micro texture T-grooves with the operating parameters is similar.The sealing effect of radial micro texture arrangement is better than that of circumferential micro texture arrangement,and the sealing effect of composite micro texture arrangement is better than that of single micro texture arrangement.T-shaped grooves with longitudinal and transverse micro textures have the best sealing performance.
