    摘要:

    针对GB/T 7607—2010标准对于钻井服役柴油机油健康状态评估可参考性不强的问题,参照PHM理论中健康状态评估技术建立服役柴油机油健康状态评估的综合劣化值模型;根据对监测数据的统计和实验室经验对综合劣化值与服役柴油机油健康状态对应关系进行分级,按照指标的单调性、相关性、预测性这三项原则选取服役柴油机油健康状态评估指标,给出各类指标数值归一化的方法;基于熵权法确定各项指标的权重,建立服役柴油机油综合劣化值计算公式,计算各样品数据的综合劣化值。通过不同综合劣化值样品的红外图谱中抗氧剂特征峰的比较,验证了方法的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the standard of GB/T 7607—2010 is not referential enough in the health status assessment of diesel oil in service,a comprehensive degradation value model was established based on the health status assessment technology in PHM theory.Based on the statistics of monitoring data and laboratory experience,the corresponding relationship between the comprehensive degradation value and the health status of diesel engine oil in service was graded.According to the three principles of monotony,correlation and predictability,the evaluation indexes of diesel oil health status in service were selected,and the normalization methods of various indexes were given.The weight of each index was determined by entropy weight method,a formula for calculating the comprehensive degradation value of in-service diesel oil was established,and the comprehensive degradation value of each sample data was calculated.The reliability of the method was verified by comparing the characteristic peaks of antioxidants in the infrared spectra of the samples with different comprehensive degradation values.
