    摘要:

    全金属可溶桥塞作为一种新型压裂工具,其密封结构是影响压裂效率的关键因素。为探究不同密封环结构对密封特性的影响,建立单槽形、椭圆形、双槽形、双曲形4种金属密封环结构的数值模型,利用有限元法,对密封环径向变形特征、密封性能进行分析,以及考虑双曲形结构表面粗糙度对密封接触面积、接触应力、接触面近场应力分布的影响。研究结果表明:随着锥体轴向位移量增加,4种密封环径向变形始终与锥体轴向位移量呈正相关规律,密封环最大、最小径向变形分别位于厚度较大外圆侧、厚度较小外圆侧;复杂接触面可以强化密封环的密封性能,在同样锥体轴向位移量下,双曲形密封环结构密封性能为最好,椭圆形密封环结构性能最差;考虑切向摩擦力时,摩擦因数越大,接触面近场Mises应力沿摩擦力方向发生偏移越明显。所得结论可为井下全金属可溶桥塞密封环的结构优选提供参考。

    Abstract:

    As an important downhole fracturing tool,the sealing structure of all-metal soluble bridge plugs is a key factor affecting the fracturing efficiency.In order to explore the effect of different sealing ring structures on sealing characteristics,the numerical models of four types of metal sealing ring structures,namely single groove,elliptical,double groove and hyperbolic structures,were established,and their radial deformation characteristics and sealing performance were analyzed by using the finite element method.The effect of surface roughness of hyperbolic structure on sealing contact area,contact stress,and near-field stress distribution at the contact surface was investigated.The results show that with the increase of axial displacement of the cone,the radial deformation of four types of seal rings is always positively correlated with the cone axial displacement,and the maximum and minimum radial deformation of seal rings are located in the outer circle side with larger thickness and the outer circle side with smaller thickness respectively.The complex contact surface can enhance the sealing performance of seal rings,and under the same cone axial displacement,the hyperbolic shaped seal ring exhibits the best sealing performance,while elliptical shaped seal ring has the worst sealing performance.When considering the tangential friction,the larger the friction coefficient,the more significant the contact surface near-field Mises stress is shifted along the friction direction.The conclusions obtained provide a reference for the structural selection of downhole all-metal soluble bridge plug sealing rings.
