    为提升岩石剪切渗流试验系统中辐射渗流剪切盒的流体密封性能,基于自主研发的新型岩石剪切渗流试验装置提出3种辐射渗流密封装置的结构设计方案:密封圈横向预压缩密封、硅胶垫法向压缩密封以及密封圈法向预压缩密封,并分别对其进行大变形数值模拟和试验验证。结果表明:(1)密封圈横向预压缩密封的密封效果与施加的法向荷载大小无关,而与岩样上端面平整度和平行度密切相关,流体密封压力较为稳定,密封水压力在0.72 MPa上下波动;(2)硅胶垫法向压缩密封的密封效果与施加的法向荷载大小呈正相关,在法向荷载允许范围内密封垫客观上具有密封压力阈值,在3.3 MPa法向荷载作用下密封水压力最大值可达到1.62 MPa;(3)密封圈法向预压缩密封既具备硅胶垫法向压缩密封的优点,还克服了硅胶垫密封性能依赖法向荷载大小的缺陷,可在较低的法向荷载状态下实现相对较好的密封效果,最大密封压力可达到2.45 MPa。数值仿真结果表明,对于密封圈法向预压缩密封,扩大密封圈直径并不能明显提高密封性能,而改变密封圈材料对密封性能影响较大。研究结果可为突破目前剪切渗流试验设备5 MPa水压力密封的极限及优化剪切盒密封装置结构设计提供了理论参考和研发借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the fluid sealing performance of the radiation seepage shear box in the rock shear seepage experimental system,three sealing methods of the radiation seepage sealing device were proposed for the new rock shear seepage test device independently developed,including the sealing method of transverse pre-compression of sealing ring,the sealing method of normal compression of silicone pads,and the sealing method of normal pre-compression of sealing ring.The large deformation numerical simulation and experimental verification of the three sealing schemes were carried out.The results show that:(1)the effect of the transverse pre-compression sealing method of the sealing ring is independent of the normal load applied during the test,but is related to the flatness and parallelism of the upper end face of the rock sample.The fluid sealing pressure is relatively stable,and the sealing water pressure fluctuates around 0.72 MPa.(2) The sealing effect of the silicone pad of normal compression is positively related to the applied normal load.The pad objectively has a sealing pressure threshold within the allowable range of the normal load.The maximum value of the sealing water pressure can reach 1.62 MPa under the normal load of 3.3 MPa.(3) The sealing ring of normal pre-compression not only has the advantages of the silicone pad of normal compression,but also overcomes the defect of the silicone pad of normal compression that the sealing performance depends on the size of the normal load,and can achieve relatively good sealing effect under a lower normal load.The maximum sealing pressure can reach 2.45 MPa.The numerical simulation results indicate that for the normal pre-compression seal of the sealing ring,enlarging the diameter of the sealing ring cannot significantly improve the sealing performance,and changing the material of the sealing ring has a greater impact on the sealing performance.This research provides a theoretical reference for breaking through the limitation of 5 MPa water pressure seal of shear seepage test equipment and optimizing the structural design of shear box seal device.
