    我国汽车市场油品规格主要以API规格以及中国D1规格为主,这些油品规格都要求采用ASTM D7216-22来评价汽车发动机密封件与油品的相容性能。为此提出采用ASTM D7216-22评价润滑油橡胶相容性的方法,并采用该方法评价发动机油中常用基础油、无灰分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂对橡胶相容性的影响。 结果表明:I类和III类基础油对丁腈橡胶(NBR)和聚丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)有使其收缩的影响,对氟橡胶(FKM)、硅橡胶(VMQ) 及聚乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(MAC)有使其膨胀的影响,但均满足中国D1-2019规格对橡胶相容性指标的要求;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂RHY161(高分子常规型)和RHY162(高分子烟炱型)调配的CK4 15W-40的油品橡胶相容性均满足D1规格的要求;纯度为99.86%的二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯(抗氧抗腐剂)与研究的5种橡胶片的相容性较好;采用I类基础油(MVI500)、III类基础油(VHVI6)、分散剂RHY162、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯(抗氧剂)以及复配其他添加剂调配的全配方油品表现出较好的橡胶相容性性能。

    Abstract:

    The oil specifications in China’s automotive market are mainly based on API specifications and D1 specification in China,so the evaluation of the compatibility between automotive engine seals and oil products should use ASTM D7216-22.Therefore,the evaluation method of the compatibility of lubricating oil and rubber by using ASTM D7216-22 was proposed,and the effects of common base oil,ashless dispersant and anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion agent in engine oil on rubber compatibility were evaluated.The results show that Class I and Class III base oils have an impact on the shrinkage of nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyacrylate rubber (ACM),and on the expansion of fluororubber (FKM),silicone rubber (VMQ) and polyethylene acrylate rubber (MAC),but both meet the requirements of D1-2019 specification in China for rubber compatibility.The oil-rubber compatibility of CK4 15W-40 blended with polyisobutylene succinimide ashless dispersant RHY161(macromolecule conventional type) and RHY162(macromolecule soot type) meets the requirements of D1 specification.The dibutyl dithiocarbamate with purity of 99.86% has good compatibility with five kinds of rubber sheets studied.The oil products blended with Class I base oil (MVI500),Class III base oil (VHVI6),dispersant RHY162,dibutyl dithiocarbamate (antioxidant) and other additives show good rubber compatibility.
