    摘要:

    通过改变激光打标机的加工参数对微织构形貌进行优化改进,并利用可控气氛微型摩擦磨损实验仪研究乏油条件下表面微织构不同参数对其摩擦学性能的影响,用微机万能工具显微镜测试表面微织构形貌、磨斑直径、磨痕,并计算得到钢球磨损量。结果表明:当线间距取值0.01 mm,开光延时为-91 μs,关光延时为114 μs,结束延时为112 μs,拐角延时为97 μs时,加工的钢盘三角形微织构的形貌质量比默认参数时高;5个参数对表面微织构形貌〖JP2〗质量影响程度的先后顺序为:拐角延时>开光延时>关光延时>线间距>结束延时;在载荷8.82 N、转速400 r/min乏油润滑条件下,三角形织构摩擦因数和磨损量最小的参数组合为深度18~23 μm,尺寸150 μm,间距250 μm。表面微织构抗磨减摩机制是由流体动压效应、减小接触面积、提供“二次润滑”及收集并储存磨粒等多个机制共同作用的结果。

    Abstract:

    The micro-texture morphology was optimized and improved by changing the processing parameters of the laser marking machine,and the effects of different parameters of surface micro-texture on the tribological properties under poor oil lubrication were studied by using the controllable atmosphere micro-friction and wear tester.The surface micro-texture morphology,wear scar diameter,and wear mark were measured by microcomputer universal tool microscope,and the wear amount of steel ball was calculated.It is found that the morphological quality of the triangular micro-texture on the steel plate is higher than that of the default parameters when the line spacing is 0.01 mm,the opening laser delay time is -91 μs,the closing laser delay time is 114 μs,the end laser delay time is 112 μs,and the corner delay time is 97 μs.The effect order of the five parameters on the surface texture quality from high to low is corner delay time,opening laser delay time,closing laser delay time,line spacing and end laser delay time.Under the condition of the load of 8.82 N,rotating speed of 400 r/min and poor oil lubrication,the parameter combination of triangular texture with the smallest friction coefficient and wear amount is at the depth of 18 μm to 23 μm,the size of 150 μm,the spacing of 250 μm.The anti-wear and friction reduction mechanism of surface micro-texture is the synthetic result of multiple mechanisms,such as fluid dynamic pressure effect,reducing contact area,providing “secondary lubrication” and collecting and storing abrasive particles.
