    摘要:

    对油封表面微织构的形状进行组合设计,应用Abaqus仿真分析不同组合微织构油封的静态接触压力和变形影响矩阵;基于二维平均雷诺方程,建立考虑表面粗糙度以及唇口油膜空化现象影响的流体润滑模型,分析不同形状微织构对旋转油封密封性能的影响规律。结果表明:在相同工况下,相较于无织构油封,微织构对油封泵吸率以及油膜厚度提升较为显著,且组合型织构的提升效果优于单一三角形织构;三角形与半圆形组合织构对油封泵吸率的提升效果最佳,半圆形与方形组合织构对油封油膜厚度的提升为最佳。

    Abstract:

    The combined design of the shape of the micro-texture was carried out on the oil seal surface,and the static contact pressure and deformation influence matrix of the oil seals with different combined micro-textures were analyzed by Abaqus simulation analysis.Based on the two-dimensional average Reynolds equation,a fluid lubrication model considering the influence of surface roughness and the cavitation of the lip oil film was established,and the influence of different shapes of the micro-texture structure on the sealing performance of the rotating oil seal was analyzed.The results show that under the same working conditions,compared with the non-textured oil seal,the micro-texture significantly improves the pump suction rate and oil film thickness of the oil seal,and the combined texture has a better improvement effect than a single triangular texture.The combination of triangle and semi-circular textures has the best effect on improving the pump suction rate of the oil seal,while the combination of semi-circular and square textures has the best effect on improving the film thickness of the oil seal.
