    摘要:

    为研究带遮流板的低滞后刷式密封泄漏特性及刷丝变形情况,采用ANSYS软件建立低滞后刷式密封的三维叉排管束模型。考虑遮流板的柔性作用,通过与相关实验数据对比,验证数值模型的合理性。研究3种不同结构参数对低滞后刷式密封泄漏特性的影响,并对比分析有、无遮流板时低滞后刷式密封的泄漏量和刷丝变形。结果表明:遮流板有助于提高低滞后刷式密封的密封效果;带遮流板的低滞后刷式密封泄漏量较小,其泄漏量与保护高度和径向间隙呈正相关,与遮流板长度呈负相关;带遮流板结构可以减小刷丝的最大变形量和等效应力;刷丝所受的气动力和轴向变形量也随压差的增大而增大,其最大变形点发生在靠近后挡板的第一排刷丝尖端。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the leakage characteristics of low-hysteresis brush seal with deflector plate and the bristle pack deformation,ANSYS software was used to establish the numerical analysis model of low-hysteresis brush seal.Considering the flexible effect of the deflector plate,the rationality of the numerical model was verified by comparing the simulation results with the relevant experimental data.The effects of four different structural parameters on the leakage characteristics of low-hysteresis brush seal were studied,and the leakage and bristle pack deformation of low-hysteresis brush seals with and without deflector plate were compared.The results show that deflector plate helps to improve the sealing effect of low-hysteresis brush seal.The leakage of the low-hysteresis brush seal with deflector plate is small,and the leakage is positive correlation with the protection height and radial clearance,and is inversely correlated with the deflector plate length.The deflector plate can reduce the maximum deformation and the equivalent stress of the brush wire,and the aerodynamic force and axial deformation of the brush wire increase with the increase of the pressure difference.The maximum deformation occurs at the tip of the first row of the brush wire near the rear baffle.
