    摘要:

    稠化剂结构影响润滑脂的老化过程和使用寿命,而影响稠化剂结构的关键因素是制备工艺。为了研究影响复合锂基脂结构与流变性的关键工艺,对润滑脂生产过程中的各工艺步骤取样,观察其皂纤维结构的形成与演变规律,并研究了冷却阶段和后处理阶段复合锂基润滑脂皂纤维结构和流变性的关系规律。结果表明:复合锂基润滑脂生〖JP2〗产工艺过程中关键的步骤是冷却阶段,在越过相变温度后以1 ℃/min的降温速率缓慢冷却增加分散时间,得到的皂纤维结构更均匀且纤维直径更小,具有均匀大小和稠化剂网络结构的润滑脂具有良好的结构安定性。后处理阶段工艺也会对皂纤维网络结构造成影响,需要选择既能使皂颗粒充分分散又不会严重破坏皂纤维网络结构的适宜的工艺条件范围。

    Abstract:

    The structure of thickener affects the aging process and service life of grease,and the key factor affecting the structure of thickener is the preparation process.In order to study the key processes that affect the structure and rheological properties of the lithium complex grease,samples were taken from each process step in the production process of the grease to observe the formation and evolution of the soap fiber structure,and to study the relationship between the structure and rheological properties of the lithium complex grease during the cooling phase and the post-treatment phase.The results show that the key step in the production process of complex lithium grease is the cooling stage.After passing the phase transition temperature,when slowly cooling to increase the dispersion time,the structure of the obtained complex lithium grease is more uniform,and the soap fiber diameter is smaller.The grease with uniform size and agent network structure has good structural stability.The post-treatment process affects the soap fiber network structure,so it is necessary to select a suitable process condition range that can fully disperse the soap particles without seriously damaging the soap fiber network structure.
