    摘要:

    针对常规悬挂器密封坐挂位置难以判断和密封结构的缺陷问题,对常规套管悬挂器密封结构进行力学计算,研究常规密封结构中接触面的密封宽度和接触压力的影响因素,并对其工作力学机制以及密封结构进行仿真模拟研究,找出现有密封结构存在的问题,并基于椭圆金属密封结构设计理念,结合现有结构的金属密封结构件,进行多种方案设计研究,开发一种锥形多曲面椭圆型全金属密封结构的大通径芯轴式套管悬挂器,并通过室内高压气密封试验证明所设计的金属密封结构的可靠性,为全金属芯轴悬挂器在现场应用奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problems that it is difficult to judge the setting position of the conventional hanger seal and the defect of the sealing structure,the mechanical calculation of the seal performance of the conventional casing hanger seal structure was carried out.The influence factors on the seal width and contact pressure of the contact surface of the conventional seal structure were studied,the working mechanical mechanism and the seal structure were simulated,and the problems existing in the existing sealing structure were found out.Based on the design concept of elliptical metal seal structure,combined with the existing metal seal structure,a large diameter mandrel casing hanger with conical multi curved surface elliptical all metal seal structure was developed.The indoor high-pressure gas seal test shows that the designed metal seal structure is reliable,which lays a foundation for the field application of all metal mandrel hanger.
