    摘要:

    离心脱开型超越离合器是航空传动系统中的重要部件,具有低速楔合传动、高速离心脱开的特性,使离合器在不同工作模式下接触载荷与转速呈不同的关系,因此需针对不同工况下离心脱开型超越离合器弹流润滑性能进行分析。建立离心脱开型超越离合器弹流润滑模型,采用多重网格分析方法进行数值求解,分析进油温度与速度对超越离合器弹流润滑性能的影响。结果表明:随进油温度的增加,卷吸速度对离心脱开型超越离合器油膜厚度及压力的影响逐渐减小,且不同卷吸速度下的膜厚与油膜压力分布图线逐渐趋于重合;随进油温度增加以及卷吸速度降低,最小油膜厚度、二次压力峰峰值压力逐渐减小,且最小油膜厚度、二次压力峰峰值压力受进油温度的影响十分明显;进油温度对离心脱开型超越离合器弹流润滑性能有很大影响,降低润滑油进油温度有助于提升超越离合器弹流润滑性能。

    Abstract:

    The centrifugal detached overrunning clutch is an important component in aviation transmission system. It has the characteristics of low-speed wedge transmission and high-speed centrifugal disengagement,which makes the contact load and speed of the clutch have different relations under different working modes.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of centrifugal detached overrunning clutch under different working conditions.The elastohydrodynamic lubrication model of centrifugal detached overrunning clutch was established,the multi-grid analysis method was used for numerical solution,and the influence of the oil temperature and entrainment speed on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of the overrunning clutch was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of oil temperature, the influence of entrainment speed on the oil film thickness and pressure of the centrifugal detached overrunning clutch gradually decreases,and the film thickness and oil film pressure distribution under different speeds gradually tend to coincide.With the increase of oil temperature and the decrease of entrainment speed,the minimum oil film thickness and secondary pressure peak-to-peak pressure gradually decrease, and the minimum oil film thickness and secondary pressure peak-to-peak pressure are significantly affected by the inlet oil temperature.The oil inlet temperature has a great influence on the EHL performance of centrifugal detached overrunning clutch,and reducing the oil inlet temperature will help to improve the EHL performance of overrunning clutch.
