    摘要:

    为探讨空调转子压缩机摩擦噪声的产生机制,提出一种利用有限元软件对空调压缩机相关摩擦副进行摩擦噪声预测的方法。利用复特征值分析法对空调转子压缩机摩擦系统的有限元模型进行模态分析,获得摩擦系统的固有频率以及相应振型的变化特性,据此推断可能导致摩擦噪声的频率。有限元模型计算结果与实测数据具有很好的一致性,验证了该预测方法的有效性。结果表明:曲轴-法兰摩擦系统中摩擦力的引入可能使系统发生模态耦合,进而产生不稳定的振动与噪声;摩擦因数以及法兰弹性模量的变化对摩擦噪声的形成有显著影响,提高摩擦系统的临界摩擦因数可以在一定程度上提高摩擦系统的稳定性,当法兰的弹性模量取较高的数值时,摩擦系统就越容易产生摩擦噪声。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the generation mechanism of friction noise of air-conditioning rotor compressor,a method to predict the frictional noise of the air-conditioning compressor by using finite element method was proposed.The modal analysis of the finite element model of air-conditioning rotor compressor friction system was performed by complex eigenvalue analysis method,the natural frequency of the friction system and the change characteristics of the corresponding mode shape were obtained,and the frequency that may cause frictional noise was inferred.The calculated results of the finite element model are in good agreement with the measured data,which verifies the effectiveness of the prediction method.The results show that the introduction of friction in the crankshaft and flange friction system may cause modal coupling of the system,resulting in unstable vibration and noise.The changes in friction coefficient and flange elastic modulus have a significant impact on the formation of frictional noise.Increasing the critical friction coefficient of the friction system can improve the stability of the friction system to a certain extent.When the elastic modulus of the flange is higher,the friction system is more likely to produce friction noise.
