    采用Pro/E软件建立斜线槽上游泵送机械密封流固耦合三维几何模型,在ANSYS Workbench中进行单向流固耦合计算,在不同工况条件下对SiC、WC、YWN8三种动环材料进行有限元对比分析,研究材料和工况参数对应力和变形的影响。结果表明:最大应力和最大变形均发生在斜线槽外径边缘,最大应力随转速的增加逐渐减小,转速对最大变形基本没有影响;压差对最大应力和最大变形影响较大,且均随压差呈线性增加的趋势;研究有3种材料中,YWN8最大变形最大,不适合做密封动环材料,而SiC的最大变形最小,且具有较强的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,在其他条件都满足要求的前提下,推荐优先选用SiC为密封动环材料。

    Abstract:

    The Pro/E software was used to establish a threedimensional geometric model of fluidsolid coupling of the upstream pumping mechanical seal with inclined groove was established,and the unidirectional fluidsolid coupling calculation was performed in ANSYS Workbench.Three kinds of moving ring materials,SiC,WC and YWN8 were compared and analyzed by finite element method to study the influence of materials and working condition parameters on stress and deformation of the upstream pumping mechanical seal.The results show that the maximum stress and the maximum deformation occur at the outer edge of the inclined groove.The maximum stress is gradually decreased with the increase of the rotation speed,and the rotation speed has no effect on the maximum deformation.The pressure difference has a greater influence on the maximum stress and the maximum deformation,and the maximum stress and the maximum deformation show a linear increasing trend with the pressure difference.Among the three materials studied,YWN8 has the largest maximum deformation,which is not suitable for moving ring materials.While SiC has the smallest maximum deformation,strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance,it is recommended to choose SiC as the sealing ring material on the premise that all other conditions meet the requirements.
