    摘要:

    为进一步探索涡动现象对液膜密封性能影响,基于满足质量守恒的Schnerr-Sauer空化模型,建立螺旋槽液膜密封涡动模型,探讨密封环涡动半径、涡动速度对液膜密封空化分布及密封动压性能的影响。结果表明:涡动半径对液膜承载能力和泄漏量影响较小,但显著影响液膜空化率和倾覆力矩,尤其是正向涡动时;涡动速度对液膜空化率和密封动压性能影响显著,正向涡动时具有促进作用,反向涡动反之;在相同工况时,正向涡动对密封动压性能的影响好于反向涡动的影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to further explore the effects of whirling on the sealing performances of liquid film seals,based on the SchnerrSauer cavitation model complying with the conservation of mass,the whirling model of spiral groove liquid film seals was established.The effects of both whirling radius and whirling speed on the cavitation occurrence and hydrodynamic performance were discussed.Results indicate that,the whirling radius has little effect on both the liquid film loadcarrying capacity and leakage but significantly affects the cavitation ratio and overturning torque.The whirling speed has a larger effect on both the cavitation ratio and hydrodynamic performance,the positive whirling produces a promoting effect while the reverse whirling is opposite.In the same operating conditions,the effect of positive whirling on the hydrodynamic performance of liquid film seals is better than that of reverse whirling.
