Abstract:In order to solve the problem that a large number of loading tests can not be carried out on a prototype pumped storage unit,a shafting oil film test rig for a pumped storage unit was developed based on the similarity principle of a pumped storage unit,and the corresponding control system was also designed.The hardware part of the control system is composed of host computer for collecting signals,two slave computers,four converters,four electrohydraulic proportional valves and some pressure microsensors and temperature microsensors.The software part is composed of the main control program based on Forcecontrol 70,and PLC program generated from GX Works.The test rig can be used to study the variation regularity of oil film pressure and temperature between bearing bush and mirror plate under different conditions,analyze the mechanism of vibration of the bearing system,and investigate the generating and vanishing mechanism of oil film under different conditions.
