Abstract:Aimed to the structural design defects of the conventional spring accumulator seal of rotating shaft endface,such as poor welding contact surfaces of endface of spring compensation element,poor compensation effects of spring compensation element and short service life of the seals,through adjusting the structure of main seal and spring compensation element,the sealing structure was optimized based on finite element analysis(FEA) method.The results from test bench for oil seal show that the service life and sealing performance of the spring accumulator seal are greatly improved.
