    摘要:

    为研究纳米添加剂磷酸锆(α-ZrP)微观形态结构对其摩擦性能的影响,通过调整冻干工艺参数,制备不同形貌及粒径的α-ZrP;利用场发射扫描电镜、透射电子显微镜以及X-射线衍射仪对制备的α-ZrP的微观形貌进行表征,在球盘式往复运动试验机上在不同工况下考察α-ZrP晶型对石蜡基础油摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:通过控制聚乙烯吡咯烷酮添加剂的添加量,获得颗粒状、棒状以及片层状的α-ZrP,相同工况下颗粒状α-ZrP的摩擦因数最小;随冻结速率增加,α-ZrP的粒径减小,相同工况下其摩擦因数也减小;低速重载工况时,片状α-ZrP的摩擦学性能最好,而在高速轻载工况时,颗粒状α-ZrP的摩擦学性能更优。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of microstructure of nano-additive zirconium phosphate (α-ZrP) on its tribological properties,α-ZrP with different morphology and particle size was prepared by adjusting the lyophilization process parameters.The microstructure of α-ZrP was characterized by SEM,TEM and XRD.The effect of the content and crystal types of α-ZrP on the friction and wear properties of paraffin base oil was investigated on the ball and disk reciprocating motion testing machine under different working conditions.The results show that α-ZrP with granular,rod-shaped and lamellar can be obtained by controlling the amount of polyvinylpyrrolidone additive,and the friction coefficient of granular α-ZrP is the minimum under the same conditions.With the increase of freezing rate,the particle size of α-ZrP decreases,and the friction coefficient of α-ZrP also decreases under the same conditions.The lamellar α-ZrP has the best tribological properties at low speed and heavy load condition,while the granular α-ZrP has the best tribological properties at high speed and light load condition.
