    摘要:

    以不饱和聚酯、锆英砂、萤石、石墨、二硫化钼为原料, 制备一种火车车轮踏面摩擦控制剂, 并探究温度、压力和时间因素对摩擦控制剂性能的影响。结果表明: 在110~160 ℃之间, 随温度升高, 摩擦控制剂的固化时间减少, 硬度先增大后降低; 在20~70 MPa 之间, 随压力增大, 固化时间减少, 硬度先增大后降低。选定温度140~160 ℃, 压力40~60 MPa, 时间2~3 h 进行正交试验, 得到最优的工艺条件为: 压力60 MPa, 时间2 h, 温度150 ℃。通过极差分析, 得到3 种因素的影响由大到小依次为压力、时间、温度。采用优化条件制备的摩擦控制剂的弯曲强度为17. 13 MPa, 压缩强度为25. 73 MPa, 硬度为65, 密度为2. 12 g/ cm3 , 摩擦因数稳定在0. 3~0. 4 之间, 有较好的抗磨性能。扫描电镜分析结果显示, 摩擦控制剂中无机填料被树脂均匀包裹, 其结构稳定; 热重测试结果显示, 摩擦控制剂200 ℃开始失重, 800 ℃完全失重, 满足性能要求。

    Abstract:

    A friction control agent for train wheel treads was prepared by using unsaturated polyester,zircon sand,fluorite, graphite,molybdenum disulfide as raw materials,and the effects of temperature,pressure and time on the performance of friction control agent were explored. It is found that with the increase of temperature from 110 ℃ to 160 ℃,the curing time of the friction control agent is decreased,and the hardness is increased first and then decreased. With the increase of pressure from 20 MPa to 70 MPa,the curing time is decreased,and the hardness is increased first and then decreased. Orthogonal experiments were performed at a selected temperature from 140 ℃ to 160 ℃,a selected pressure from 40 to 60 MPa,and a selected time form 2 h to 3 h,and the optimal process conditions were as follows:pressure of 60 MPa,time of 2 h and temperature of 150 ℃. Based on the range analysis,it is found that the influence of the three factors is in order of pressure,time and temperature. The bending strength of the friction control agent prepared under optimized conditions is 17. 13 MPa,the compression strength is 25. 73 MPa,the hardness is 65,the density is 2. 12 g/ cm3,the friction coefficient is stable between 0. 3 and 0. 4,and it has good anti-wear properties. The results of SEM analysis show that the inorganic fillers in friction control agent are evenly wrapped by the resin,and the structure of friction control agent is stable. The thermogravimetric test result shows that the friction control agent begin to loss weight loss at 200 ℃ and lass weight completely at 800 ℃,which meet the performance requirements.
