    摘要:

    齿轮在运转中受负荷、速度的影响,会对齿轮油有强烈的啮合剪切作用。为研究剪切对齿轮油性能的影响,利用FZG齿轮机对常用的工业齿轮油聚α-烯烃进行剪切试验,考察剪切作用对不同黏度聚α-烯烃基础油抗泡、抗氧化和摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:不同黏度的聚α-烯烃基础油均具有良好的剪切安定性,PAO40剪切安定性好于PAO10和PAO4;剪切作用降低了PAO4、PAO10和PAO40的抗泡与抗氧化性能,但对摩擦学性能的影响较小。

    Abstract:

    The gear has a strong meshing and shearing effect on the gear oil when affected by the load and speed in the operation.To study the effect of shearing on the performance of gear oil,the shearing experiments of the Polymer Alpha Olefins (PAO) were carried out by using FZG gear machine.The effects of shearing on antifoaming,antioxidation and tribological performance of the different viscosity PAO were evaluated.The results demonstrate that,PAO base oils have excellent shear stability,and the shear stability of PAO40 is better than that of PAO10 and PAO4;The shearing action causes the decrease of the antifoaming and antioxidation properties of PAO4,PAO10 and PAO40,but it has little influence on the tribological properties of the PAO base oils.
