    针对核主泵轴系工作时变载荷、润滑油水侵及转子倾斜等复杂工况,开展推力轴承的润滑性能研究;分析核主泵轴系推力轴承的结构和使用工况,建立推力轴承润滑性能的计算模型。针对核主泵运转过程中的变载荷工况,以不同载荷为输入参数,计算变载荷工况下推力轴承的最小油膜厚度、温升、摩擦力矩及功耗等润滑性能参数。针对润滑油水侵工况,选用含有质量分数1%海水的68号润滑油,分析润滑油混入空气中雾化海水时推力轴承的润滑性能。针对轴承转子倾斜工况,建立计入转子倾斜的推力轴承润滑性能计算模型,计算转子倾斜1′~20′时的润滑性能。研究结果表明:变载荷工况下最小油膜厚度随着载荷的增大而减小,在载荷为2 000 kN时达到最小值;温升随着载荷的增大而增大,摩擦力矩及功耗均随载荷的增大而增大;海水入侵后润滑油的黏度会降低,从而影响轴承的承载能力;平衡块支撑结构对推力轴承有良好的均载效果,允许的轴线倾角可以达到10′。

    Abstract:

    The lubrication performance of thrust bearings was studied in the light of the complex working conditions such as time-varying load,water intrusion of lubricating oil and axial tilt of nuclear main pump shafting.The structure and working condition of thrust bearing of nuclear main pump shafting were analyzed,and the calculation model of lubrication performance of thrust bearing was established.For the variable load conditions during the operation of the nuclear main pump,the minimum oil film thickness,temperature rise,friction torque and power consumption of thrust bearing under variable load conditions were calculated with different load as input parameters.According to the water intrusion condition of lubricating oil,No.68 lubricating oil containing 1% seawater was selected to analyze the lubrication performance of thrust bearing when the lubricating oil was mixed with atomized seawater in the air.A calculation model for the lubrication performance of thrust bearing with axial tilt was established,and the lubrication performance of thrust bearing with axial tilt from 1′ to 20′ was calculated.The results show that the minimum oil film thickness decreases with the increase of load and reaches the minimum value when load is 2 000 kN,the temperature rise increases with the increase of load,both friction torque and power consumption increase with the increase of load.After seawater intrusion,the viscosity of lubricating oil will decrease,thereby affecting the bearing capacity of thrust bearing.The balance block support structure has a good load balancing effect on the thrust bearing,and the allowable axis inclination can reach 10′.
