    摘要:

    为补偿温度对油液含水率传感器测量精度的影响,通过测量不同温度下润滑油品、电容探头以及水的介电常数数据,建立温度、电容、含水率之间的关系,采用曲面拟合的二元回归分析法建立油液含水率传感器温度补偿模型。试验结果表明,补偿前温度变化导致含水率最大偏差达6.5%以上,补偿后的检测数据偏差不大于0.15%,表明建立的温度补偿模型能有效提高油液含水率传感器测量精度。

    Abstract:

    To compensate for the effect of temperature on the measurement accuracy of oil content content sensors,the relationship between temperature,capacitance and water content was established by measuring the dielectric constant data of lubricating oil,capacitance probes,and water at different temperatures.A temperature compensation model for oil water content sensors was established using a surface fitting binary regression analysis method.The results shows that the maximum deviation of water content caused by temperature changes before compensation is more than 6.5%,while the deviation of water content is less than 0.15% after compensation,indicating that the established temperature compensation model can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of oil water content sensor.
