    为探究质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)装配过程中密封结构的Mises应力及接触压力分布,选择矩形截面密封垫圈作为研究对象,基于Abaqus软件建立PEMFC密封结构的二维有限元模型,研究在不同的压缩率、密封垫高度、流体压力以及装配误差下,密封结构的Mises应力及接触压力分布情况,并根据受力情况探讨各参数对密封结构的性能影响。研究结果表明:随着压缩率的增大,密封结构的接触压力相应增大,但是压缩率过大会造成密封材料失效;密封垫高度会影响接触压力的大小,随着高度的增加,接触压力逐渐减小;流体压力会导致密封结构受力不均匀,随流体压力增大受力一侧的密封垫圈受到更大的接触压力;装配误差会造成膜电极框架的机械变形,随着误差增大,膜电极框架的Mises应力也逐渐增大。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the Mises stress and contact pressure distribution of the sealing structure during the assembly process of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,this paper selects the rectangular cross-section sealing gasket as the research object and establishes a 2D finite element model of the sealing structure of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell based on Abaqus software.The Mises stress and contact pressure distributions of the sealing structure are investigated under different compression rates,sealing gasket heights,fluid pressures,and assembly errors,and the effects on the performance of the sealing structure are explored according to the force conditions.The results show that the contact pressure of the sealing structure increases with the increase of compression rate,but the compression rate is too large to cause the failure of the sealing material; the height of the sealing gasket affects the magnitude of the contact pressure,and the contact pressure decreases with the increase of the height; the fluid pressure leads to the uneven force of the sealing structure,and the sealing gasket of the stressed side is subjected to a greater contact pressure; the assembling error causes the mechanical deformation of the membrane electrode frame,and the mechanical deformation of the membrane electrode frame increases with the increase of the error,and the contact pressure is increased with the increase of the error.Mechanical deformation,as the error increases,the Mises stress of the membrane electrode frame also increases gradually.
