    摘要:

    针对旋转格莱圈在运转过程中存在的密封环随轴转动的问题,提出从增大O形圈预压缩率及在密封环上增加泄压槽两方面对旋转格莱圈进行结构改型设计;采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对原结构和改型结构进行仿真分析,并对比分析各结构不同部位的接触应力分布、径向力分布以及摩擦力大小。研究结果表明:增大预压缩率可以在保证旋转格莱圈密封力的前提下,使密封环与轴之间的摩擦力远小于密封环与O形圈之间的摩擦力,有效改善旋转格莱圈密封环随轴转动的问题;增加密封环泄压槽,理论上可改善旋转格莱圈密封环随轴转动的问题,但是增加泄压槽会使各个接触界面的密封力下降,增加了密封泄漏的风险,且增加泄压槽使得旋转格莱圈最大应力应变急剧增大,增加了旋转格莱圈应力失效的风险。

    Abstract:

    In response to the problem of the sealing ring rotating with the shaft during the operation of the rotating Glyd ring,the structural modification design for the rotating Glyd ring was proposed by increasing the pre compression ratio of the O-ring and adding a pressure relief groove on the sealing ring.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze the original and modified structures,and the contact stress distribution,radial force distribution,and frictional force magnitude of different parts of each structure were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that increasing the pre compression rate can ensure the sealing force of the rotating Glyd ring while making the friction force between the sealing ring and the shaft much smaller than the friction force between the sealing ring and the O-ring,effectively improving the problem of the rotating Glyd ring sealing ring rotating with the shaft.Adding a pressure relief groove to the sealing ring can theoretically improve the problem that the sealing ring rotates with the shaft.However,adding a pressure relief groove will reduce the sealing force at each contact interface,so as to increase the risk of sealing leakage.Moreover,adding a pressure relief groove will cause a sharp increase in the maximum stress-strain of the rotating ring,so as to increase the risk of stress failure of the rotating ring.
