    为探究温度、表面形貌特征、材料性能对橡胶密封圈的密封性能影响,通过实验获得不同温度下橡胶材料的力学性能参数;基于ABAQUS软件建立橡胶密封件的有限元仿真模型,对O形圈加压降温过程进行顺序耦合的固热分析,得到O形圈与密封界面处的接触应力分布;基于Kalker提出的接触变分原理,使用傅里叶变换进行接触力学分析,建立了接触应力与表面微观形貌的数值关系;采用Persson的渗流理论计算了O形圈密封件的泄漏率。结果表明:随着环境温度的降低,接触压力曲线发生明显变化,接触宽度减小;当温度降低至橡胶材料玻璃化转变温度附近,弹性模量陡增,橡胶材料失去回弹性能,O形圈密封性能降低,发生泄漏。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effects of temperature,surface morphology characteristics,and material properties on the sealing performance of rubber sealing rings,the material properties of rubber at low temperatures were analyzed to investigate the law of material properties with temperature.A finite element simulation model of the rubber seal was established based on ABAQUS software,and a solid-thermal analysis of sequential coupling and complete coupling was carried out for the pressurized cooling process of O-ring.The contact stress distribution at the interface between the O-ring and the seal was obtained using the sequential coupling method.Based on Kalker′s contact variational principle,the contact mechanics analysis was carried out by Fourier transform,and a numerical relationship between the contact stress and the surface microscopic morphology was established.The leakage rate of the O-ring seal was calculated using Persson′s percolation theory.The results show that as the ambient temperature decreases,the contact pressure curve changes significantly and the contact width decreases.When the temperature decreases to near the glass transition temperature of the rubber material,the elastic modulus of the rubber material increases sharply,the rubber material loses its resilience,the O-ring seal performance decreases,and leakage occurs.
