Abstract:As a new surface technology,surface texture has attracted extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad for its good anti-friction effect,and has been widely used in engineering field.However,the anti-friction effect of textured surface is affected by many factors.Due to its unique properties,the surface anti-friction mechanism is also different under different working conditions.The anti-friction and wear-resistant mechanism of textured surface lifting materials is not clear.Starting from the anti-friction performance of texture under different working conditions,the similarities and differences of its anti-friction mechanism was explored and its reasons were analyzed.The anti-friction theories and existing problems of different types of texture were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of current texture processing methods were analyzed,and the future development trend of texture technology was prospected.
