In order to investigate the antiscuffing properties of cylinder liner with microtexture filling with micronano materials,the samples were prepared by drilling and filling serpentine and supramoly powders respectively.The antiscuffing properties of these samples were studied by reciprocating friction and wear tester.The results show that the microtexture sample filling with micronano materials exhibit lower friction coefficient than microtexture or honing samples.The antiscuffing time is also prolonged by microtexture filling with micronano materials.And bigger size of microtexture has a dramatic influence on the antiscuffing time cnmpared with the type of micronano materials.The collection of abrasive of mircotexture,the performance of micronano materials and the micro bearings and polishing of micronano particles work together to improve antiscuffing properties of cylinder liner.
