Abstract:Taking cylindrical roller bearing as the object of study,the contact stress of rolling element in different positions within the inner rolling raceway was obtained by static analysis with using Workbench ANSYS software.The roller friction and positive pressure of rolling element in different positions within the inner rolling raceway were obtained by dynamic analysis with using ADAMS software,and the contact stress of roller and inner raceway was obtained through the Workbench analysis.According to the contact stress obtained by static analysis and dynamic analysis,the internal friction heat of the bearing was obtained,and the temperature field of the bearing was analyzed.The results show that the highest temperature in the bearing occurs in the radial direction at the lowest end of the roller contact with the inner roll channel.The friction heat flux and the convection heat transfer coefficient are two main factors that affect the temperature of the bearing.The temperature distribution of the bearing based on the dynamics is more realistic.
